​When and where will the AVIA Network Summit be? â€‹

Tuesday, November 18 - Wednesday, November 19 in Chicago, IL at the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile, with Digital Innovation Leaders Forum the following day, Thursday, November 20, invitation only.

Why should I attend? â€‹

Summit provides a unique opportunity to gather healthcare leaders and solution company experts from across the country in a forum that offers strategies, insights and tools designed to inspire action.​​

What is the dress code for the event? 

Smart casual for all events and activities.

Are meals included? 

AVIA will provide meals as follows: â€‹â€‹

  • Tuesday, November 18

    • Lunch will be provided for participants of the KidsX Annual Meeting.

    • The Welcome Reception is open to all health system leaders.

      • Tier 1 may bring up to two attendees.

      • Tier 2 may bring one attendee.

  • Wednesday, November 19

    • Breakfast, lunch, two breaks and closing reception refreshments will be provided for all attendees.

    • The Innovation Leaders Dinner is exclusively for health system leaders.

  • Thursday, November 20

    • Breakfast and lunch will be provided for health system leaders attending the Digital Innovation Leaders Forum.

Will I need a badge to attend events or sessions? 

Yes, badges are required to be worn at all times and will be checked throughout the event.​
