Tuesday, November 18 - Wednesday, November 19 in Chicago, IL at the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile, with Digital Innovation Leaders Forum the following day, Thursday, November 20, invitation only.

Breakfast, lunch, two breaks and closing reception refreshments will be provided for all attendees.

The Innovation Leaders Dinner is exclusively for health system leaders.
