Eric Langshur 

Founder and Managing Partner of Abundant Venture Partners, a purpose-driven incubator focused on improving the human condition. He is also the Founder and Executive Chairman of AVIA, the nation’s leading healthcare innovation network.

A values-based entrepreneur, Eric has founded 12 companies and served on numerous public and private boards. He is a New York Times best-selling author of Start Here: Master the Lifelong Habit of Wellbeing (2017).

Eric is also deeply engaged in community leadership, serving as Vice Chair of The Joint Commission and as a board member of HopeLab, the Omidyar Group’s foundation supporting adolescent health and well-being.

Sonia  Singh

Leads digital insights, research, and thought leadership—bringing forward the latest in digital innovation and emerging healthcare solutions. A frequent speaker and contributor, she has presented at 50+ industry events over the past three years. Prior to AVIA, Sonia was a Senior Director in PwC’s healthcare strategy practice, where she led major digital transformation initiatives, including a smart building strategy for a large integrated delivery network—aligning facilities, operations, and IT to create digitally integrated experiences.

is the CEO of Cayaba Care a venture-backed company focused on providing broad-based, wrap-around services for moderate and high risk pregnant and postpartum women. Cayaba Care provides maternal health services through an innovative, tech-enabled model that augments existing OB care with additional services in person at home and virtually. Cayaba Care is focused on bridging the quality gaps in maternal health for women and families who experience poor or incomplete care leading to poor birth outcomes.​

Dr. Enekwechi is also an Operating Partner at WCAS, an investment firm where she focuses on growth-oriented healthcare companies. She sharpens the firm's understanding of the policy and regulatory environment which can have a significant impact on healthcare companies particularly companies serving Medicare and Medicaid populations.

Dr. Enekwechi led IMPAQ, LLC, a company that provided research, technical assistance, and advanced analytics services for federal clients. She led the company through its acquisition and integration into a strategic company in 2020. She spent many years in federal policy roles at the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, and was the Head of Health Programs at the White House Office of Management and Budget under President Obama. There she led policy, management and regulatory oversight for all US health care agencies and programs including CMS, FDA, NIH, CDC and HRSA. Adaeze completed her BA at the University of Iowa, an MPP at the American University in Washington DC, and a PhD in Health Services and Economics Research at the University of Iowa. She completed postdoctoral training at the University of Chicago. Dr. Enekwechi serves on the board of directors at MedStar Health, the largest health system in the Washington, DC area, Liberty Dental Plan, a large private-equity backed company, and the Alliance for Health Policy an influential nonprofit focused on health policy for members of Congress and the Senate and their staffs. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland with her family.

Clay Holderman 

CEO of AVIA, bringing over 20 years of executive leadership across for-profit, not-for-profit, integrated health systems, and private equity. He previously served as President and CEO of UnityPoint Health and held senior roles at Presbyterian Healthcare Services and Ardent Health. Clay holds an MBA from Colorado State University, a BA from Texas A&M University, and has completed executive programs in Health System Administration (GE Fellows) and AI in Healthcare at MIT.

Neil Gomes

Leads Insights and Advisory Services, where he manages teams driving applied transformation across AI, workforce innovation, care models, and consumer experience.

He previously held executive roles at AmeriHealth Caritas, CommonSpirit Health, and Jefferson Health, where he led enterprise-wide digital initiatives that delivered billions in financial impact, including scaling virtual care, launching AI-driven platforms, and modernizing operations.

A three-time CIO100 winner, Neil has spoken globally at CES, TEDx, MWC, HIMSS, the World Economic Forum and other events. He serves on advisory boards for Adobe, AT&T, and IBM.
